Fast growing real estate development company is looking for an experienced Operations manager to manage all short term-midterm rental properties, guest communications, listings, bookings, systems and processes
Roles and Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):
-Managing all customer service reps and sales people
-Tracking revenue and implementing strategies to increase and hit targets
-Managing all rental properties on Airbnb, VRBO,
-Ensuring all guests and requests to book get responded to within 5 minutes
-Handling all guest communications
-Ensuring the guest experience is first class - managing reviews
-Setting up systems and checks and balances
Skills:
-Rep management and manager experience is required
-Airbnb experience and property management experience required
-Great Customer service/communication skills

- Excellent Problem solving skills
