Vacation Rental Guest Support & Operations Assistant

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours, approximately 6am-2pm PHT 5 days a week
Salary: 25,000-30,000 depending on experience

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Togethere Vacation Rentals, is looking for a Guest Support VA who is excited to join a scaling vacation rental management company with properties in the United States. We provide guests with memorable experiences in our premium properties. The position is full time with plenty of projects to complete. We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of a growing company and understands the hospitality industry.

You'll be having phone conversations with US based travelers, so clear English communication is one of the only requirements for this position. The other hard requirement is that you have had work experience with Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, or another vacation rental or hotel guest facing role. If you do not have any work experience with any of the above, please do not apply.

LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THE WORK YOU'LL BE DOING
Your role will be to help on the guest operations side of our business. Your purpose is to ensure guests feel personally taken care of so they give 5-star reviews on their stays. A Vacation Rental Guest Support Rep at our company is responsible for providing exceptional guest communication and support by promptly responding to inquiries and messages, ensuring guests receive clear booking confirmations or declines, and addressing calls and concerns with a personal touch. They manage guest rental agreements, making sure all necessary documents are completed before check-in, and oversee the review process for each guest after their stay. Operational duties include managing cleaning schedules, verifying that cleaners arrive on time, reviewing property photos to ensure readiness, and monitoring inventory levels to reorder supplies as needed. Additionally, the role involves coordinating emergency maintenance and cleaning, resolving property damages, handling deposits and damage claims, and scheduling regular maintenance with handymen, landscapers, and pest control teams. The specialist is also responsible for creating and updating property listings across platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, and Expedia, as well as performing weekly optimizations to improve descriptions, photos, and overall visibility. This position plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both guests and property owners. ROLE REQUIREMENTS
-Prior experience as CSR in the hospitality industry (Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, Marriott, etc.)
-Very strong written and spoken English language
-Ability to create and follow detailed SOP documents
-Ability to solve problems
-Ability to navigate multiple technology platforms like Notion, Zoom, Google Drive
