Vacant Land Acquisition Assistant

I am looking for someone to assist me in my vacant land business. I purchase vacant land in Texas and need someone experience in appraising the land and run comps for me. I will also need someone to call the counties where I am purchasing land for due diligence. I will need to find out things like land usage, utilities, setbacks etc. Occasionly you will be speaking with the seller about the details of the vacant land. I am a successful mobile home dealer and am expanding my business to purchasing vacant land. I am looking for someone that is detail oriented and can work independently without a lot of supervision. I have already purchased some land and need someone to step in immediately and take over the needed task. The goal is to aquire between 10 and 20 lots a month.
