Virtual Assistant - Data Entry (WITH FEW CALLS)

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to assist with data entry and making calls.

The ideal candidate will be organized, great at multitasking, and ready to jump in and help our company grow. We’re looking for a quick learner with strong skills in Microsoft applications and prior experience in a similar role.

MUST HAVE:

Two monitors for quick entry
Job Responsibilities:

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
Ability to multi-task and stay organized to ensure daily completion of duties
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable using various computer software programs
Strong communication skills
Review bills and perform data entry into spreadsheets and accounting software
Minimum of 2 years working as a VA
Excellent typing skills (at least 35 wpm)
A strong work ethic and professional commitment to excellence
Positive, helpful, and engaging attitude
Requirements:

Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant
Ability to work 8:00 AM–5:30 PM EST, Monday–Friday (availability for weekends is a plus)
High proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Reliable, high-speed internet and a dual-monitor setup
