VIRTUAL ASSISTANT DATA ENTRY - MUST HAVE QUICKBOOKS EXPERIENCE**********

We wish to hire a Virtual assistant to help DATA ENTRY AND CALLS-

The perfect candidate will be great at multitasking and very organized. We are looking for someone who is ready to jump in and help our company grow. A great fit for us would be someone who is a quick learner and great with Microsoft applications.

MUST HAVE 2 MONITORS FOR QUICK ENTRY?

Job responsibilities may include:
Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel,
Ability to multi-task and stay organized to ensure daily completion of duties
You will need to be highly organized, have excellent attention to detail and comfortable using various computer software programs
Strong communication skills, Basic understanding of QuickBooks
As a Data Entry Associate, you will be required to review bills and perform data entry into spreadsheets and accounting software
Worked minimum of 2 years in an Office environment· Excellent typing skills (at least 35 wpm)
Strong work ethic and professional commitment to excellence
An overall positive, helpful, and engaging attitude

Requirements:
MUST have prior experience as Virtual Assistant.
MUST be able to work 9am-5pm EST hours Monday through Friday
Must be highly proficient with Excel
Must have verbal and written communication skills (English language)
Must have attention to detail and be organized
