Key Responsibilities:

Rebate and Reimbursement Management: Process customer rebates and reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner.
Quality Control: Vet buyers to ensure they meet criteria for partnerships and collaborations.
Referral Program Development: Build and manage referral programs to encourage brand loyalty and advocacy.
Content Creator Outreach: Utilize platforms like JoinBrands to identify and engage content creators for product testing and promotional opportunities.
Automation & Optimization: Create and refine automations using tools like ManyChat, Zapier, or similar platforms to streamline communications and reduce manual tasks.
Data Reporting: Build and manage detailed reports in Excel, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights. Identify opportunities to optimize reporting processes.
Tester Engagement: Manage and communicate with new product testers, ensuring a seamless onboarding and feedback process.


Requirements:
Must be willing to work California, USA timezone shift : Require shift hours 5:00am -2:00pm PST
Experience with Amazon Seller Central operations.
Familiarity with JoinBrands or similar platforms.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in building automations and workflows to improve efficiency.
Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
Comfortable managing and communicating with external testers and partners.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with tools like ManyChat, Zapier, Airtable, or other automation platforms.
Familiarity with Amazon review generation and ranking strategies.
Proven track record of optimizing processes and workflows.
Knowledge of influencer and content creator collaboration best practices.
