VIDEO EDITOR – YOUTUBE & SHORTS SPECIALIST

We are looking for an experienced video editor who specializes in YouTube videos and Shorts creation. This role requires editing long-form podcasts, cutting engaging short-form clips, and directly editing ads to create high-performing content. You must be skilled in either Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro and able to produce professional-quality edits efficiently.

JOB OVERVIEW
This role starts as a part-time, remote position at $800 per month. If you perform well, there is an opportunity for a full-time role with a salary range of $1,600 - $2,000 per month.

WHAT WE NEED
-Experienced YouTube and Shorts editors with a strong portfolio
-Ability to edit podcasts into long-form YouTube videos
-Skill in creating Shorts, Reels, and TikTok clips from existing footage
-Experience in editing ads directly for social media and YouTube
-Speed and efficiency in turning around high-quality edits
-Strong understanding of pacing, structure, and engagement techniques
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Edit YouTube videos with smooth transitions, proper pacing, and engaging visuals
-Create high-quality Shorts, Reels, and social media clips
-Edit ads directly for maximum impact

-Take feedback and make revisions quickly

REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)
-Proficiency in Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
-Experience editing YouTube videos, Shorts, and ads
-Strong portfolio showcasing previous video editing work
-Understanding of video engagement strategies and best practices
-Reliability and ability to meet deadlines

COMPENSATION & GROWTH OPPORTUNITY
Part-time starting salary: $800 per month
Full-time potential: $1,600 - $2,000 per month based on performance
