IMMEDIATE HIRING: VIDEO EDITOR (PART-TIME, OUTPUT-BASED)
Skill Level: Intermediate/Expert
Rate: $6-8 per hour (negotiable based on experience and skill level)
Work Setup: Output-based, part-time (flexible hours, as needed) with a minimum of 4 hours per day

Required Software Knowledge:
-Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects (Primary editing & motion graphics)
-CapCut or DaVinci Resolve (Alternative editing software)
-Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (For thumbnails & visual elements)
-Canva (For quick design tasks)
-Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, etc.)
-Slack (Team communication)

Core Responsibilities:
1. Reels & Short-Form Content (High Priority)
Edit a high volume of Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
Utilize trending effects, text overlays, fast cuts, and sound syncing for engagement.
Optimize content for platform-specific algorithms and audience retention.

2. Podcast Editing & Repurposing
Edit long-form podcast episodes, ensuring smooth audio transitions and high-quality sound.
Extract key Upgrade to see actual infonts from podcasts to create short-form clips for social media.
Add captions, B-roll, and motion graphics to enhance podcast clips.

3. Motion Graphics & Animation
Create dynamic motion graphics, text animations, and branded elements.
Design intros, outros, and lower-thirds to enhance videos and podcasts.

4. Video Editing for Ads & Marketing Content
Edit brand videos, promotional content, and website visuals.
Apply color correction, audio enhancements, and transitions for a polished look.

What We’re Looking For:
Strong portfolio showcasing Reels, podcast edits, and motion graphics.
Experience editing social media content, podcasts, and branded video content.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal revisions.
A creative mindset with a strong sense of pacing and engagement trends.
Familiarity with social media algorithms and audience preferences.
