VA with experience in e-commerce & vacation rentals & events Industry

About the Role
The VA will work closely with me, supporting two businesses:

A footwear brand focused on e-commerce & hospitality business for vacation rentals & events

This is a 1-on-1 role with me, as there are currently no other employees. I’m an easygoing European entrepreneur in my 30s, looking for a proactive and creative VA for a long-term collaboration. The ideal candidate is independent, highly organized, and eager to contribute new ideas.


Key Requirements
Growth mindset, creative personality, and willingness to learn and improve daily
Assertive, takes initiative, and provides creative input
Experience in customer service, administration & content creation
Graphic design skills (Photoshop/Lightroom) and an eye for visual content
Experience with social media & marketing (Mailchimp, WordPress, WooCommerce)
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient
A passion for learning—some tasks will include reading books and self-improvement. An avid reader is a plus.


Responsibilities
Customer & guest communication (email, social media, messaging)
Social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement
Website updates & e-commerce management (WooCommerce/Wordpress)
Marketing campaigns, newsletters & SEO updates (Mailchimp)
Managing invoices, tracking payments & basic bookkeeping
Conducting research & providing administrative support

Project Management & Productivity: Notion, ClickUp, ToDoist
Graphic Design & Photo Editing: Photoshop, Lightroom
Website & E-commerce Management: WordPress, WooCommerce
Communication & Collaboration: Google Workspace, Slack, Freshdesk
Social Media Management: Later.com, Instagram, Facebook

Email Marketing: Mailchimp
Finance & Administration: Excel, invoicing & tracking tools
