Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team, focusing on written outreach and customer support. In this position, you will work closely with our current VA, Theresa, and report to her.

Key Responsibilities
Written Outreach: Craft and send clear, professional messages to clients, prospects, and partners.
Customer Support: Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, chat, and other channels.
Content Drafting: Assist in creating and formatting documents, emails, and reports.
Task Prioritization: Help the team stay organized by managing task lists and deadlines.
Utilize AI Tools: Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance productivity and streamline tasks.
Additional Support: Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed to support the team.
