VA for sending emails to leads for an education company

Hi there. I am Lior Littman the owner of Lit Fusion and Upgrade to see actual info
I am looking for some help with a few tasks such as:
* researching for venues in America, contacting them via emails, and qualifying them for our needs
* getting back to leads from Facebook Ads and warming them up towards a sale
* podcast outreach related tasks

The thing is... I am only looking for people who:
1. Are into learning and are willing to be trained
2. Have a positive relationship with the English language (ideally you either love writing or your English skills are really nice)
3. You are ok with getting feedback, even in a video meeting (I know it can be scary, but it's a very efficient way to learn)
