We're Hiring: Personal Virtual Assistant for a construction company
(California Time Zone, Sunday to Friday)
Are you a highly organized, proactive communicator with excellent English skills? We’re looking for a dedicated Personal Virtual Assistant to help manage our schedule, stay on top of tasks, and provide general administrative support. If you’re detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role could be a great fit for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
Coordinating meetings, reminders, and deadlines
Handling a variety of administrative tasks efficiently
Communicating effectively via
Offering support for both personal and professional tasks
Providing 24/7 assistance as needed for urgent tasks
Work Schedule:
General working hours: 8 AM to 4 PM PST (Sunday to Friday)
This position requires 24/7 availability for urgent or on-demand assistance as needed.
Interview process will be conducted via video call.
Required Skills:
Exceptional written and spoken English
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.)
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Prior experience as a personal or executive assistant is a plus, but not required
