Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Home Care Outreach Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home care and healthcare settings, coupled with a deep understanding of social media platforms including
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement outreach strategies to promote home care services through various social media platforms.
Create compelling content, including videos, posts, and graphics, that educates caregivers, clients, and the wider community about our services and the benefits of home care.
Manage and grow our social media presence by creating professional and engaging posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics.
Utilize CRM systems to track outreach activities, manage client inquiries, and maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that raise awareness and drive traffic to our social media and website.
Engage with local organizations, healthcare providers, and communities to create partnership opportunities and assist in community outreach initiatives.
Monitor trends in social media and healthcare, providing insights and recommendations to enhance outreach efforts effectively.
Participate in training and educate clients and their families about home care options and services available.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a home care agency or similar healthcare environment.
Strong knowledge of the principles and best practices in home care.
Proficiency in using social media platforms, including
Familiarity with social media analytics tools to monitor and report on engagement metrics.
Knowledge of CRM systems and experience in using them to track communications and business development activities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for creating engaging content.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in graphic design or video editing is a plus.
Understanding of latest trends and effective marketing strategies in the healthcare sector.
