VA for Growing Online Jewelry Co.

First, we can make this a 30hr or 40hr per week position, so please apply if wither works for you.

This job requires you to take on a variety of roles, so someone who is flexible is important.

Company background: I am a small but growing online jewelry retailer specializing in pearls. IG@mattharrisdesigns. I design jewelry that we sell in our online store, on social media, and in many private Facebook groups.

Daily Responsibilities:
1. Using spreadsheets like Google drive and Airtable and Shopify to add new jewelry descriptions and photos to the online store
2. Posting individual pieces for sale daily in multiple Facebook groups
3. Managing customer responses and questions about the items posted for sale in the groups (I'll train you)
4. Sending invoices when people buy from the groups, quoting shipping and creating shipping labels
5. Organizing media files and jewelry photography so that we can know where to find a photo of an item quickly
6. Entering our purchases of supplies and inventory into our inventory systems
7. Communicating with customers about payments, questions, follow up to make sure they are happy.
7. Assisting me with various things that might come up... phone calls or emails to suppliers / vendor, paying bills online, doing online research.
8. Whatever else may come our way! I'd love someone flexible who is willing to help with whatever task or project arises that helps the business grow and helps me have more time to concentrate on the big picture items.

Requirements:
1. MUST be fluent in English with great written skills.
2. Organized and efficient
3. Must be a regular Facebook user. Experience with participating in Facebook private groups is even better.
4. Experience as an IG user (please send your handle if public)
5. This requires us to work about the same hours, so please be willing to work nights PH time.
6. 30-40 hours a week... I'm flexible. Ideally you'd begin at around 8-9 AM CST (12 hours behind PH) weekdays.

Helpful would be experience in these areas, so please mention them in your response and how you used them:

1. Facebook groups (buying or selling)
2. Shopify
3. Graphics programs like Photoshop, Canva, etc
4. AI tools... which ones?
5. Go High Level (if you have used this, please let me know what features)
6. TikTok (stores)
7. YouTube channel analytics or growth
8. Inventory management
9. Shipping
