Virtual Assistant Wanted for Custom Cabinet Shop!
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team and help build our brand! This is a remote position for someone who is passionate about organization, marketing, and technology.

What We’re Looking For:

Proficiency in QuickBooks for invoicing, expense tracking, and financial management
Social Media Marketing experience, including creating, scheduling, and managing content across platforms
Website Development/Management skills to maintain and update our site, ensuring it aligns with our brand and services
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Bonus: Knowledge of the custom cabinetry or woodworking industry
What You’ll Do:

Handle financial tasks in QuickBooks, including tracking payments and generating reports
Create and manage engaging content for social media to showcase our custom cabinet projects
Maintain and update our website, ensuring it reflects our work and services
Assist with branding efforts to build awareness and grow our customer base
Compensation:
