We are a Canadian based company with 4 divisions
Advance Exteriors – our construction company which specializes in roofing siding soffit fascia and eavestroughing and we are looking to drive local sales in Manitoba.
Advance Building Supplies – our online retail store selling construction supplies which is currently using a Prestashop based site which needs lots of work and updating. Any E-commerce experience would be an asset.
JobExact.com – Our SaaS Project Management Software which we have just launched and are looking to quickly build a following and drive sales across North America
Manitoba Magnets – A local start up company looking to drive sales locally within Manitoba.

We are looking for someone with exceptional marketing skills who can put together a marketing plan that can provide us the most return for our budget, with focus on organic lead generation and some paid advertising. We want a creative thinker who can increase our business while having fun with their job.

The ideal candidate should have an in depth knowledge of all social media marketing campaigns, as well as google my business and google adwords. Must excel in English, both written and spoken.

Work Hours
Flexible for Full time or Part time employment depending on the person along with flexible hours, however approximately 2 of the working hours per day must be between between 8 am and 8 pm Central Standard Time each day to be able to communicate with customers in our time zone as well as coordinating with the rest of the team.
We would also have additional work helping with our SAAS team for some onboarding and customer sales for the right person to ensure fulltime + hours.

Compensation
Pay would be depending upon experience and would include bonuses on the ability to generate qualified leads which result in sales while keeping our lead acquisition cost at a manageable level.
