The Role

As our Virtual Assistant & Video Editor, you’ll be instrumental from day one, helping to sculpt the foundations of a company destined for global influence. You will manage our day-to-day operations and create dynamic video content that captures the essence of our mission and broadcasts it to the world.

You will work directly with our founder, Drea, as we revolutionize the business and social media landscape for Visionary leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Foundation Building: Establish and optimize our administrative and operational frameworks, setting the stage for scalable growth.
Impactful Storytelling: Craft video content that vividly tells the story of our brand and its mission, engaging a global audience and drawing them into our vision.
Strategic Engagement: Actively participate in shaping our content strategy and operational tactics to maximize our reach and efficacy.
Creative Innovation: Embrace challenges with innovative solutions that enhance our effectiveness and efficiency in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

Pioneering Spirit: You’re energized by the prospect of starting from the ground up, driven to build and innovate within a startup environment.
Digital Fluency: Proficiency in modern tech tools and platforms, especially video editing software such as CapCut.
Exceptional Communicator: Superior skills in both written and verbal English communication.
