We’re looking for motivated SMS Senders to join our team! Your role will be to send and manage text message conversations with potential leads in the real estate niche. No cold calling—just texting.

Position Details:
? Pay: Starting OTE of $400/month, with opportunities to increase your pay as you rank up.
? Hours: Monday–Friday, 10 AM CST – 6 PM CST (Full-Time)
? Remote Work: Work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.

What You’ll Be Doing:
???? Sending and responding to SMS messages to leads.
???? Tagging and categorizing leads based on responses.
? Following scripts while maintaining a human, engaging tone.
???? Hitting daily/weekly targets to increase your rank and earnings.
