JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for covering shifts once a week for our existing teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on their off days. You will cover three different shifts once per week. Your main responsibility will be initiating conversations, building connections with customers, and driving sales performance. Creativity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage customers in a 1-on-1 experience are key to success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Chatting with a wide variety of people from around the world.
Building and maintaining good relationships with clients.
Leading conversations towards successful sales.
Keeping track of small details within the accounts.
Achieving frequent sales per shift and responding quickly to inquiries.

REQUIREMENTS:

High level of emotional intelligence (EQ).
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
A reliable and fast laptop/computer with a stable high-speed internet connection.
Ability to start and maintain conversations, and a proactive approach to sales.
Sales or Call Center experience is highly preferred (BPO experience is optimal).
Ability to work flexibly across different shifts.

SHIFT COVERAGE DETAILS:

You will be responsible for covering three shifts once per week, filling in for our regular teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on their off days. The shifts you will need to cover are:

7 AM to 3 PM
3 PM to 11 PM
11 PM to 7 AM

Please note, we are still determining whether your shifts will be on the same days every week or if they will vary. Either way, you will be notified at least one week in advance, so you can plan accordingly.

PAYMENT STRUCTURE:
During the first week, you will be in full training mode (approximately 2 hours per day), where you will be taught everything about the job, sales, and emotional intelligence by experienced professionals. After that, your paid phase begins:

Hourly rate: 2.00 USD (approximately 113 PHP per hour).
Commission: After the first month, you'll also earn an additional 3% commission on your sales.
Earnings potential: Since you will be covering three shifts per week (24 hours total), your base monthly salary will be around 10,800 PHP - 13,500 PHP. With the added commissions, motivated employees can potentially earn closer to 15,000 PHP - 18,000 PHP monthly, depending on performance.
