Job Title: VA Project Coordinator (Part-Time)

At Binary IT Solutions, we are a committed web development agency focused on creating impactful digital solutions. We are looking for a part-time VA Project Coordinator to join our team, bringing organization and client interaction to the forefront while assisting with project coordination.

Job Description:
We need a detail-oriented, analytical, and communicative Virtual Assistant who can also take on project coordination tasks. If you're excited to manage multiple tasks efficiently, communicate with clients, and support our project teams, this role is for you. We seek someone who is a fast learner, able to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.

Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, updates, and ensuring client satisfaction through clear communication.
Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables using ClickUp, ensuring projects stay on track.
Administrative Support: Handle scheduling, email management, and other administrative duties to support both internal teams and client engagement.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, client records, and internal notes within ClickUp.
Task Management: Use ClickUp to assign tasks, follow up on progress, and adjust plans as needed to meet project goals.
Support Project Managers: Work closely with project managers to provide support in task delegation, meeting preparation, and follow-ups.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that communication and project information is consistent and accurate before it reaches clients or team members.

Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, with some exposure to project management principles.
ClickUp Proficiency: Must be comfortable using ClickUp for task and project management.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client interactions and internal team collaboration.
Organizational Skills: Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of detail orientation.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to assess situations, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.
Fast Learner: Ability to quickly learn new tools, processes, and adapt to evolving project needs.
Adaptability: Able to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
