VA / Design Specialist

We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented Design Specialist to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who loves CANVA, has a strong design eye, and can manage tasks independently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Important: This is NOT a general VA role—we already have an Online Business Manager. This position is primarily focused on content creation, design, and light research.

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for designing engaging content across social media, presentations, and landing pages. You’ll also assist with basic research and occasional written tasks using templates. Deadlines matter, and we need someone who takes the time to get things right the first time.

Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality social media content (carousels, reels, video editing, presentation slides, etc.).
Design landing pages in Canva (someone else will implement in Kajabi if needed).
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and is free of repeated mistakes.
Conduct basic research to support content creation.
Use pre-written templates for simple writing tasks (must understand what you're sending out).
Check in daily (M-F) on Voxer, email, and Asana to stay on top of tasks and deadlines.

What We’re Looking For
Strong English skills—must understand and use templates correctly.
Proficiency in Canva, Asana, Google Suite, and Voxer.
Extreme attention to detail—we need someone who double-checks their work.
Reliability & independence—must meet deadlines without constant oversight.
Time zone availability—must be available for at least a few UK working hours daily.
Tech & Internet Requirements—a stable internet connection is essential for this remote role.

Non-Negotiables
No Subcontracting—you must complete all work yourself; outsourcing is not allowed.
Contract & NDA Required—you will need to sign a contract and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before starting.
Pay is Weekly—consistent payments for completed work.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, But Not Required)
Basic knowledge of Kajabi (not an expert, just familiar).
Experience editing and managing podcasts.

The Hiring Process
Paid trial: You’ll be asked to create social media content as a test project.
