Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant and Customer Service Specialist to join our vibrant team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about spiritual / self-development growth and has a strong inclination towards customer service excellence. You will be a vital part of our team, ensuring efficient operation and providing exceptional support to our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities Included but not Limited to:
- Provide first-line customer support via email, phone, and social media, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues with compassion and efficiency.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, managing emails, and organizing data related to courses and retreats.
- Support the creation and dissemination of digital content across various platforms.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our course offerings to assist and inform students effectively.
- Perform a variety of other personal assistant tasks as needed to support our team and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance student satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Demonstrated interest in spirituality and personal growth.
- Strong customer service skills with proven experience in a support role.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a remote work environment.
- High level of proficiency in office and communication tools.
- Strong computer skills.
