We are looking for an experienced virtual assistant to help with administrative tasks and customer service. We
are seeking a long-term employee who is good at problem solving and proactively communicates.
Your role would include:
-Answering customer inquires across multiple channels:
-Making sure customer orders are being fulfilled by our 3PL
-Managing & respond to customer reviews
-Administrative tasks
You should have experience with:
-Shopify (required)
-Amazon Seller Central (preferred)
-TikTok Shop Seller Center (preferred)
