Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Dispatch Coordinator to optimize our service delivery operations, manage technicians, and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently dispatch technicians to customer locations
Coordinate with vendors and warranty companies for issue resolution
Manage parts ordering and technician inventory tracking
Document and report service call outcomes to senior management
Maintain exceptional customer communication and relationship management
Provide real-time updates on technician service progress
Actively participate in professional development and training programs
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service dispatch experience
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Advanced proficiency in:
IT systems
Phone operations
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Proven Ability To:
Manage high-pressure environments
Resolve conflicts professionally
Build and maintain customer trust
Additional Information:
