VA - Amazon Product Research & Supplier Sourcing

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our growing e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will have experience in Amazon product research and supplier sourcing to help identify profitable products based on an existing inventory list and locate local suppliers for additional products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct product research using our existing inventory list to assess profitability and demand on Amazon.
• Identify potential new products based on market trends and competitive analysis.
• Source and establish connections with local suppliers for additional product opportunities.
• Analyze pricing, profit margins, and competition to recommend viable products.
• Organize and maintain research data in an easy-to-access format.
• Communicate with suppliers to gather pricing, MOQ (minimum order quantity), and shipping details.
• Provide regular updates and reports on research findings.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience with Amazon product research (SellerAmp SAS, Keepa, Jungle Scout, Helium 10, or similar tools preferred).
• Experience in supplier sourcing (local or international).
• Strong analytical skills to assess product profitability and market demand.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Amazon FBA.
• Knowledge of wholesale or retail arbitrage.
• Prior experience communicating with suppliers and negotiating pricing.
