Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Global Yoga and Tantra Retreat Business Startup

You’ll work directly with a teacher who has over 30 years of experience teaching on six continents and leading a comprehensive teacher training program.

Core Responsibilities:The right candidate will bring prior experience in these areas and a genuine enthusiasm for growth and learning. They will proactively engage with continuing education materials provided by the teacher and show a strong commitment to developing their skills.

Maintain and update WordPress, including seamless integration with Square, PayPal, and Calendly.

Design engaging flyers and marketing materials for workshops and retreats.

Coordinate workshops, including outreach to yoga studios and potential collaborators.

Manage and optimize travel schedules and appointments via Calendly.

Edit and produce videos using INSTA360, prioritizing high-quality, captivating content for YouTube and social media.

Monetize YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, maintaining and growing revenue streams across these platforms.

Create content for all channels that inspires people to book online yoga privates and Tantra for couples.

Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns to expand reach and engagement.
Showing up prepared, proactive, and aligned with the mission of this yoga business with out excusses for late or missed meetings.

Commitment to Growth:This role isn’t just about showing up for scheduled meetings—it’s about embracing the opportunity to grow personally and professionally. Candidates should expect to dedicate additional time to self-guided learning and preparation, including studying advanced Tantra material given to you, which may include sexually explicit content presented in a professional and educational context. A mature, open-minded approach is essential for engaging with these materials responsibly and respectfully.

Late or missed meetings are not acceptable unless it is an emergency.
Failed communication may be grounds for termination.

Commitment & Opportunities:This role requires availability for Zoom meetings four days a week—Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday—scheduled for two hours per session, with a mandatory one hour on-camera and the possibility of extending to the second hour if needed. Camera participation is required to ensure collaboration and engagement.

Additionally, for the right candidate, there are opportunities to earn trade hours or bonus hours at a higher rate, which can be applied toward private yoga sessions online. This unique offering allows you to deepen your personal yoga practice while contributing to the growth of the business.

Vision for Retreats:Our ultimate goal is to host transformative scuba yoga and Tantra eco-retreats for couples. These retreats will combine education, fun, and eco-consciousness, with a focus on activities like reef restoration and giving back to local communities. This is an exciting introduction to a monthly retreat model that will evolve into a global experience supporting couples and the environment.

Compensation:

Starting rate: $4.00/hour with a raise to $5.00/hour after 30 days if goals are achieved.

Opportunities for trade hours toward private yoga sessions.
