JOB OVERVIEW

Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented User Experience Analyst & QA Specialist to oversee the daily functionality, usability, and performance of our app and website. The primary goal is to ensure a seamless, intuitive, and enjoyable user experience while identifying areas for improvement. This role will involve daily testing, data analysis, and collaboration with design and development teams to optimise user satisfaction and engagement.
This role can be filled internally or externally by a professional with strong analytical skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and a passion for enhancing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Tasks:

Test and review the app and website daily for bugs, inconsistencies, and functionality gaps. Make sure all features are working
Analyse high-usage and low-usage features to determine patterns and user preferences.what do users want and need
Identify disparities in design, grammar, and functionality and propose actionable fixes.
Document findings clearly for developers, designers, and other stakeholders.

User Feedback Analysis:

Collect and analyse what users love, dislike, and struggle with.
Translate feedback into practical recommendations to improve user experience.
Collaborate with the AI and design teams to integrate innovative problem-solving solutions.

Performance & Innovation:

Suggest and implement design adjustments to make the app and website more intuitive and efficient.
Explore how AI tools and intuitive design can simplify common tasks for users.

Collaboration:

Work closely with Product Team and Developers
Work closely with CS and Users to understand there needs (use a data analytics too ‘Full Story’ to watch users experience)

Skills & Qualifications
