JOB OVERVIEW

We are a commercial real estate company in Australia with a direct marketing twist. We are looking to hire a self-motivated virtual assistant with experience in GHL.

Knowledge and experience in GHL are a must as the position is crucial in supporting our GHL requirements.

The position will report to the Marketing Head and will assist in the following:
- Data entry, data collection and reporting using GHL
- Support our marketing efforts on various products and services by implementing sales funnels, landing pages, forms, automation, etc.
- Support in the management and maintenance of GHL
- Act as a technical expert on matters other than GHL particularly productivity and communication tools

Minimum Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in the same role
- Experience with WordPress, Clourflare, ClickUp, Monday CRM, Zoom, Google Drive, Dropbox and Google Admin.
- Can work under pressure and can multi-task
- Has a logical and numerical skill
- Experience in Australia commercial property market is an advantage
- Proficient in using time tracker to ensure accountability and task management
