Are you enthusiastic about developing influential social media strategies in the Web3 arena? We are seeking a proactive Social Lead (Strategy) for one of our clients to spearhead the creation and implementation of cutting-edge social media campaigns targeting emerging markets.

The Social Lead (Strategy) will play a crucial role in leading our social media marketing efforts. This role is focused on planning and executing social media strategy and best-practices for our clients while overseeing team processes, organization, documentation, project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, to ensure that our marketing campaigns are always executed in alignment with client expectations, goals, and broader marketing efforts. The Social Lead Strategy will collaborate closely with the Social Lead Creative and Social Coordinator, creative teams, community teams, and influencer teams to manage day to day operations, capacity, campaign planning, and client communications.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Development: Collaborate with Growth Lead and Social Lead Creative to create comprehensive social media strategies that align with client goals and objectives. Utilize performance data to refine and optimize campaigns for various platforms, ensuring it resonates with the target audience and stays ahead of digital trends.

Social Team Processes: Implement and manage social team processes to ensure a highly collaborative and efficient workflows supporting strategic output for all campaigns.

Campaign Management: Lead the planning, management, and execution of social media campaigns across multiple clients, with support from the Social Coordinator. Ensure that campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the client's strategic objectives.

Content Delivery: Work closely with the design team and other creative contributors to ensure that all assets are delivered as required. Ensure that all content is aligned with the creative strategy and meets brand standards.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Growth and Community teams, and external partners when necessary to ensure cohesive execution of social media strategies.

Influencer & Community Engagement: Identify and engage with key influencers and high-value partners in the Web3 space. Collaborate with community managers to leverage network power and enhance brand engagement.

Performance Reporting, Analysis, & Refinement: Use analytics tools to track and evaluate social media performance. Provide regular reports to clients, showcasing ROI, key performance metrics, and how the data will affect our strategy in the future.

Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their social media strategy. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and long-term partnership.

Operational Efficiency: Create and maintain systems for managing social media accounts, including scheduling, posting, and responding to inquiries. Ensure that all operations are streamlined and efficient.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management, particularly in a leadership role.
Experience managing social media accounts across platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch (familiarity with Farcaster and Lens a plus).
Experience working with Web3 projects or in the blockchain space is a plus.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with leadership and creative, growth, and community teams.
Experience in influencer engagement and social community management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Experience with social media analytics and campaign management tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
