Job Title: Remote Business Manager / Executive Assistant

Job Description:
Are you a highly organized, tech-savvy professional with a passion for streamlining business operations? We’re looking for an Online Business Manager / Executive Assistant to help our online business run smoothly and efficiently!

Salary: $6-8/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:
* Manage daily operations and optimize systems
* Create content for social media (Instagram, Canva, etc.)
* Oversee email marketing and newsletters
* Edit videos and design presentations
* Manage multiple projects and coordinate teams

Key Skills:
* Proficient in ClickUp/Monday, WordPress, SEO, Canva, and email marketing
* Excellent problem-solving and research abilities
* Strong communication and organization skills

Requirements:
* At least 2-3 years of experience as an executive assistant, business manager, or in a similar administrative role.
* Proven experience as a business manager or executive assistant, ideally in a remote setting
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Ability to manage calendars, schedules, and meetings effectively
* Proficiency in managing emails, preparing reports, and handling confidential information
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Tech-savvy with experience in using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace)
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
