Job Title: Client Concierge
Working Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Compensation: $600/month + $100 bonus per closing

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Concierge to join our team. This role is pivotal in coordinating the client experience from consultation to contract. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in contract-to-close processes and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market analysis and run comparables to support client consultations.
Prepare for client consultations by gathering necessary information and materials.
Draft offers and coordinate with clients and agents to ensure timely submissions.
Schedule property showings and manage the logistics of client visits.
Collect and analyze client feedback to improve service delivery.
Answer client questions and provide support throughout the buying/selling process.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in contract-to-close processes in real estate.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in using real estate software and tools.
Must submit a Meyers-Briggs personality assessment and resume with the application.
