[Position Overview]
The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that align with the brand’s identity and meet the needs of our global audience. This is a remote, part-time position, perfect for individuals passionate about design and usability.

[Key Responsibilities]

Conduct user research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that ensure seamless navigation and functionality.
Create visually compelling, brand-consistent UI designs for websites, apps, and other digital platforms.
Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.
Stay updated on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices to deliver cutting-edge designs.
[Requirements]

Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design projects and process.
