UX/UI Designer & Onboarding Specialist

We are looking for a UX/UI designer with experience in B2B SaaS to help us setup SMB accounts. The job includes creating best-in-class templates such as popups, popins and other formats, configuring selectors (CSS and JS), conditions and goals, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive B2B and B2C popups, popins, guidance flows and ecommerce formats within our UX portal to cater to customer needs
- Configure selectors, conditions and goals
- Collaborate with product, engineering and customer success teams to deliver great solutions
- Conduct usability testing to identify and resolve friction points
- Ensure design aligns with our graphic chart and our customer use cases and simplify deployment for non-technical users

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in UX design for SaaS products or software solutions
- Expertise in designing user-centric workflows, templates, and onboarding experiences
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
- Experience with usability testing and iteration based on customer feedback
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross functional teams
