UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and create engaging, user-friendly experiences for our small to medium enterprise (SME) clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both design and functionality, ensuring that websites and digital products not only look great but are also easy to use and navigate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with project managers and developers to design user-centric, responsive websites and mobile interfaces for SME clients.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for websites, applications, and digital products.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user behavior to continuously improve design solutions.
- Maintain consistency in design across all client platforms while staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Create user personas and journeys to inform design decisions and optimize user experience.
