Find Me Solutions is seeking a talented and creative UX and Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This is your role if you are passionate about designing user-friendly websites and creating visually compelling marketing materials. You'll be responsible for wireframing and designing websites primarily using Figma for various industries, including real estate, property management, and service-based businesses. Additionally, you'll have a crucial role in developing images and graphics for social media, email campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Wireframing and Prototyping: Use Figma to design intuitive, user-centred wireframes for websites that cater to real estate, property management, and service-based businesses.
Web Design: Create visually appealing and functional website layouts that enhance user experience and drive engagement.
Graphic Design: Develop high-quality images, icons, and illustrations for web pages, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
Branding: Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and contribute to the overall visual identity of our clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, marketers, and other team members to ensure design solutions meet project objectives and user needs.
Feedback & Iteration: Incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine designs and improve overall user experience.
Marketing Materials: Design eye-catching email campaigns, newsletters, and digital marketing assets to support various client promotions and initiatives.
Social Media: Create engaging graphics for social media platforms to help promote client brands and campaigns.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a UX and Graphic Designer with a robust portfolio showcasing website wireframes, web designs, and digital marketing materials.
Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and design, along with familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design tasks.
Strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices.
Experience designing for various industries, focusing on real estate, property management, or service-based businesses, is a plus.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, colour, and typography.
Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development processes is a plus but not required.
