UX Researcher (Mid-shift | Up to 90K)

The Role:

Provide data insights to support the UX Designer
Conduct user interviews via Zoom to collect feedback on the website and document the findings
Collect quantitative data and insights to enhance the user experience
Upload data to Hotjar and generate reports using Google Analytics
Develop clear and accessible data reports that enable the leadership team to easily understand and make informed decision
Collaborate with the UX Designer to implement strategies based on the data insights

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in a comparable research role
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Hotjar, and User Testing
Familiarity with Trello
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Recent experience work following the British Summer Time/mid-shift schedule
Comfortable using a time-tracking tool (Hubstaff)  

Nice-to-Have:
Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, and GMail

Grow into:
Facilitate and lead workshops with stakeholders
Present new ideas and insights clearly and effectively

Salary Range:  PHP 60,000 - 90,000 per month
