USA Company seeks Graphic Designer

Hello! We are looking for a graphic designer/Illustrator to join our design team.

We would need someone who communicates well.
Someone fluent in English for sure, because task comprehension is extremely important.
Someone who can also brainstorm from their own creative mind, and is active in sharing ideas, this is important when we get vague details from the client, so someone who can be creative and not just rely on and limit themselves with just the instructions. If you can show me this while applying, that would be cool.

And of course, someone really awesome and fun to work with.

I am looking for a graphic designer who can design:

- Illustrations
- Social media assets
- Designing Pitch Decks

To qualify for this position, you must send me the answers to ALL of the following questions.
