CLIENT BACKGROUND

We are a US-based accounting firm that prepares individual and business returns as well as handles
bookkeeping and tax planning. We serve as trusted accountants and tax advisors understanding the
common struggles faced by business owners who feel disconnected from their financial data and
burdened by managing various service providers beyond their expertise.
We offer a seamless, coordinated approach, providing clarity and peace of mind. With a holistic
perspective, we piece together the entirety of their client's financial puzzles, sparing them the
frustration of navigating multiple advisors and ensuring that nothing essential slips through the cracks.
We simplify the financial aspects of their client's lives and empower them to focus on what truly
matters.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prepare federal and state income tax returns for individual clients. This includes preparing
workpapers, analyzing client documents and communications, request needed information from
clients, preparing tax returns, and self-review of tax returns before submitting for review. 2? Follow
processes.
3. Collaborate with the team to discuss project timelines, identify process improvements and
implement best practices.
4. Perform in-depth tax research to support client needs and maintain up-to-date knowledge of
tax laws.
5. Contribute to thought leadership by writing blog posts and articles on relevant tax and
accounting topics.
6. Assist in ad-hoc projects and other tasks as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS


A. Bachelor's degree holder (CPA and or Enrolled Agent is a PLUS!)
B. Minimum of 3 years of experience in US tax within an accounting firm. Significant experience
preparing Forms 1040 and 1065.
C. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel and word.
D. Exposure to CCH PFX tax software and TaxDome will be helpful, but not necessary E. Excellent
communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and internal
team members.

- Reliable, stable and high-speed internet access
- Secluded workstation to ensure a private and distraction free space
- Data security conscious. We highly value being respectful of our clients’ confidential information ?
- Own Equipment: Must have a current PC or laptop with up-to-date security measures to
protect sensitive information. We would provide an additional monitor if needed.
