US Recruiter

Nautical Staffing is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and diligent Recruiter for our US-based client in the staffing industry.

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to support our US-based client in hiring top talent. This role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, candidate interviews, and client coordination. The ideal candidate has experience in end-to-end recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients regarding hiring needs and progress.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Provide recommendations to improve hiring strategies and processes.
- Assist in onboarding processes as needed.

Qualifications:
- Proven track record in US recruitment is strictly required
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
- Familiarity with various sourcing and interviewing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Must be willing to work full-time during US Pacific business hours
