We are a dynamic, US-based consulting company dedicated to helping trucking companies streamline their operations.

We are seeking a part-time motivated recruiter to source and recruit commercial semi-truck drivers for our clients. Initially, your primary role will be to source potential leads and hand them over. With comprehensive training, you will gain the skills to close these leads independently, earning a commission of $40-$60 per driver. This position requires you to work core EST business hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
> Collaborate with clients to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
> Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
> Coordinate and schedule interviews over the phone.
> Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
> Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.
> Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges."

QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Competencies:
> Minimum of 3 years BPO experience catering to US clients/customers in a customer experience-focused environment. (Inbound & Outbound Calls)
> Proficient in data management to ensure accurate and organized candidate records.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Intel i5 or i7 processor, at least 8GB of RAM (preferably 16GB if an option).
