JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description: As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to introduce our mortgage products and services. Your role is essential in generating leads, setting appointments, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle objections professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote mortgage products and services.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for loan officers.
Answer inquiries and provide relevant information to potential customers.
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate details.
Follow up on leads through phone calls and emails.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
Stay up-to-date with mortgage industry trends and company offerings.
Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion rates.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to handle objections and remain professional under pressure.
Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
