Position overview:

Bookkeeper
Philippines

The bookkeeper will prepare monthly financial statements of our client/s, maintain accurate ledgers by categorizing transactions to the correct accounts. Managing portfolios with different levels of complexity, bank and credit card reconciliations. Preparing quarterly and yearly-end reports, tax administration and general administrative work.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in bookkeeping.
• Experience in using QuickBooks, Gusto, Xerox and/or other comparable platforms.
• Experience in using Microsoft Office, Skype, Zoom, VoIP and Google applications.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with peers and manage stakeholders/clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Can start immediately and work from 9:00AM – 6:30PM Eastern Standard Time.

Technical Requirement:
• Must have his/her own computer (laptop or desktop) with camera.
• Noise cancelling headphones.
• Minimum 20 Mbps Internet/Broadband Speed

Education:
•Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting or any related course.
- HMO Coverage after 3 months
- 13th month pay before the end of the year.
