JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Secretary to support the CEO of a dynamic company specializing in the automotive and emergency response industries. While this role may not require constant work throughout the hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, you must remain available to answer calls promptly and execute tasks immediately when assigned. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy taking initiative, and have a knack for keeping others on track, this role is for you.

About David Rotlevi, CEO:
David Rotlevi is an experienced entrepreneur with over 9 years of leadership in industries demanding precision and innovation. While highly driven and creative, he values support from someone who can take initiative, make independent decisions, and keep him informed rather than asking for constant guidance. If you are organized, proactive, and capable of managing tasks with minimal oversight, you’ll thrive in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be available during working hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) to answer calls immediately and execute tasks as they arise.
Proactively follow up on tasks, provide timely updates, and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Prepare and deliver weekly progress reports, manage calendars, and maintain organized records and systems.
Coordinate communication with teams, external parties, and handle financial tasks such as paying bills and tracking expenses.
Support with various administrative duties as needed.

HOW TO APPLY:

If you are ready to help drive productivity and support David Rotlevi in making an impact, please follow these instructions carefully:
1. Send your resume as a PDF via WhatsApp to +1 646 833-8467.
2. Record and send a voice note addressing the following two scenarios:
o "The CEO asks you to send an email to a client by a specific time, but when the time arrives, the CEO is busy and unable to review it. What would you do?"
o "The CEO asked you to schedule a meeting with an important client, which you successfully scheduled. On the day of the meeting, the client calls you on the phone and informs you they need to cancel due to a last-minute conflict. The CEO is in another meeting and unavailable to provide immediate guidance. What are your next steps, and what would you say to the client on the phone?"
3. Include a screenshot of your OnlineJobs.ph "Basic Information" section (has your Age, Gender, IQ, etc) along with your voice note.
We encourage you to restate each scenario at the beginning of your voice note for clarity. Only candidates who follow these instructions will be considered.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience in a similar role (administrative assistant, executive assistant, or secretary).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong ability to take initiative, make decisions, and follow through on tasks independently.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in office tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a "can-do" attitude.

WHAT WE OFFER:

A collaborative and supportive work environment.
The opportunity to work closely with a driven and innovative CEO.
Competitive salary and benefits package.
