We are now looking for a detail-oriented Due Diligence Assistant to join our team and support our property acquisition process.

About the Role
As a Due Diligence Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assessing commercial properties, ensuring they meet legal, financial, and operational requirements. Your responsibilities will include reviewing leases, verifying property details, and analysing key reports to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
? Review and summarise commercial property leases, identifying key terms, risks, and obligations.
? Conduct detailed due diligence on potential acquisitions, including zoning checks, title searches, and council approvals.
? Analyse property reports (building inspections, environmental reports, financial statements, etc.).
? Verify property ownership, encumbrances, and compliance with regulations.
? Assist in preparing due diligence reports and risk assessments for client presentations.
? Collaborate with agents, solicitors, and property managers to gather necessary information.
? Maintain accurate records of all due diligence findings and documentation.

About You
?? Experience in Residential/Commercial Real Estate in Australia (preferred).
?? Strong understanding of commercial leases, property contracts, and due diligence processes.
?? High attention to detail with the ability to identify potential risks and issues.
?? Ability to interpret legal and financial documents accurately.
?? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
?? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Google Workspace, and property research tools.
?? Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders.
?? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
