Your ideas are invaluable; share solutions that elevate both our business and customer service experience. Attend team meetings for collaboration and check-ins.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. E-Commerce experience is a plus. Reliable internet connection, working PC, and familiarity with tools like Shopify/Amazon, customer service helpdesks, and communication platforms. Exceptional time management and organizational skills. Full-time availability.
