We are looking for a talented Web Developer with strong graphic design skills to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a great understanding of web development and graphic design principles, particularly focused on landing page design and META creatives. You should be experienced with Western markets and skilled in creating highly engaging and conversion-focused designs using Adobe Photoshop and Canva.

Remuneration & Benefits:

AUD $450 per month + pay rise in 6 months
Hours: Part-time, 20 hours/week, Monday to Friday (NO GRAVEYARD SHIFT)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Web Developer with experience in managing and modifying websites/web pages, ensuring usability and security, and deploying changes as needed. You will also assist in graphic design tasks, including creating visually appealing landing pages, META creatives, and other marketing assets. You will work collaboratively with the team to meet tight deadlines and create engaging digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

Website development, coding, and debugging using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Setting up web hosting and domain.
Back-end development and website testing.
Ensure the security and optimisation of websites.
Design and create conversion-focused landing pages using Canva and Photoshop.
Collaborate with the team to develop META creatives and marketing assets.
Ensure brand consistency and innovative design ideas are implemented.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of proven experience as a web developer and graphic designer.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Canva is a must.
Experience working with Western markets (Australia, UK, etc.).
A strong portfolio showcasing your web development and graphic design skills.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure website security and optimisation.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
