edit 8-minute videos with a strong focus on engaging storytelling
creatively use b-rolls to enhance narratives and keep viewers hooked
ensure projects are completed on time, every time

proven experience in video editing (please share samples)
ability to work under tight deadlines
strong understanding of pacing, transitions, and audio/visual synchronization
