We’re looking for a driven, experienced Sales Closer to join CreatorShop—our fast-growing education and coaching business helping everyday people launch and scale their TikTok Shops.

About CreatorShop & the Role
At CreatorShop, we help everyday people capitalize on the TikTok Shop boom—and now, we need a killer Closer to turn our inbound leads into paying customers.

You’ll be closing sales calls, helping optimize the sales process, and working directly with our team to scale revenue fast. If you crush it, there’s a direct path to Senior Closer or Sales Leadership as we grow.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking pre-qualified inbound sales calls and closing deals
- Overcoming objections and guiding prospects toward the best offer
- Following up with warm leads to maximize conversion rates
- Helping refine and improve the sales process & scripts
- Providing feedback on lead quality to improve marketing and funnel efficiency
- Working closely with the team to optimize and scale sales efforts

Compensation
- Base pay is $2.5K during probation first 3 months + bonuses! Which allow you to make up to $5-8K/month
- Offer price points: $3K & $5K
- OTE: Your earnings are what you make of them—this is a fresh role with huge potential

Requirements
- Proven experience closing high-ticket deals (B2C coaching/education a plus)
- Strong objection-handling and sales psychology skills
- Confidence in guiding prospects toward a buying decision
- Self-starter mentality with a relentless drive to hit (and exceed) targets
- Comfortable giving feedback on lead quality & sales processes
- High integrity, coachability, and ability to thrive in a fast-moving team
