Key Responsibilities:

>> Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, ensuring timely delivery and precise audience segmentation.
>> Develop engaging and persuasive email content that aligns with brand messaging and drives conversions.
>> Build and optimize email flows, including welcome sequences, abandoned cart recovery, and post-purchase campaigns.
>> Regularly analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and implement improvements to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
>> A/B test email subject lines, content, and designs to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
>> Collaborate with the social media team to align email marketing efforts with broader digital marketing strategies.
>> Stay up-to-date on the latest email marketing trends, Klaviyo features, and best practices to ensure campaign innovation.

Qualifications:

>> 3-5 years of experience working with Klaviyo for eCommerce brands.
>> Proven ability to build and set up Klaviyo accounts from scratch.
>> Expertise in creating customer segments and automated email flows.
>> Proficiency in using ChatGPT or other AI tools to generate content ideas, subject lines, and email copy.
>> Strong networking, relationship-building, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
>> Excellent writing and presentation skills.
>> Experience with creative tools like Canva for designing visually appealing emails.
>> Detail-oriented with a self-starter attitude, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
>> A collaborative team player with a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
