Cold Caller / Appointment Setter – Lead Generation & Closer
Type: Permanent Work From Home
Schedule: Graveyard Shift (Flexible hours during Part-time status)
Work Duration: Part-time to start, transitioning to Full-time after evaluation and client demand growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement: Proactively reach out to leads via calls and other channels.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings with qualified prospects for our sales team.
Lead Generation: Identify and nurture new leads to build the pipeline.
Campaign Management: Manage and execute
What You Bring:
Experience: Strong background in calling B2B clients, with expertise in engaging COOs, CEOs, Directors, and other decision-makers.
Sales Skills: Proven sales experience with a confident and persuasive approach.
Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English, both oral and written.
CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Availability: Ability to work during graveyard shifts.
System Requirements:
Internet: Minimum 5 Mbps download speed.
Computer: At least Intel Core i3/AMD7 processor with 4GB RAM or higher.
Headset: USB headset with noise cancellation feature.
Workstation: Proper setup with a backup computer and internet connection.
